College Counseling

At Bishop Diego, we believe that high school should be an enriching experience where students learn to thrive. The Counseling & Student Services Division partners with each family to support students in successfully completing the rigorous college prep curriculum that is the cornerstone of Bishop Diego and to identify higher education institutions that are the right fit, where each student will thrive. Beginning freshman year, Bishop’s counseling team works closely with students to explore areas of interest and lay the foundation for college planning. As students progress through the grades, they receive one on one support tailored to their specific needs and goals. As former Bishop college counselor Rya Carpenter shares, “My students are not alone” in tackling the daunting college admissions process. This personalized approach ensures that Bishop is a place where all students are supported in reaching their college and career goals.
